FURNISHINGS:

Consignor’s items will be priced by WSS. Buyer’s fees are added to each item. Fees will: Not affect the agreed upon selling price; not be shown on inventory list nor included in split. All items must be CLEAN, free of odor, pet hair and in “Ready to Sell” condition. Items requiring cleaning, repair, bulbs or batteries will be charged at $1 /minute + supplies.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD:

9 weeks. Items picked up before the end of the contract subject to $25 early retrieval fee. Furniture option @ WSS discretion.: 2-week extension @ ½ OFF w/ 30% by check or 40% store credit.

PRICING:

Markdowns will automatically occur every 3 weeks. (Additional reductions may apply during special sales.) We encourage consignors to share their price expectations, but reserve the right to adjust pricing as necessary. WSS will neither extend nor accept offers from buyers. (i.e. WSS does not negotiate.)

CONSIGNOR PAYMENTS & FEES:

A one-time $15 account set-up fee will be deducted from your first check. You will receive for all Furniture: 50% by check or 60% in store credit. You will receive for other items: 40% by check or 50% in store credit. Checks may be picked up at the shop on the 10th - (of the month following the sale).

As the consignor, I acknowledge: All items presented are mine to sell and are free of all liens and encumbrances. WSS is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss by fire, water or any other loss to merchandise. Insurance Disclaimer: Merchandise believed to be of exceptional value should be covered under homeowners’ insurance policy.

NOTE PICK-UP DATE: Items left past this date will be sold or donated. All proceeds go to charity. You will find the pick up date listed on our website in your account. After you've gotten into your account, click on Inventory and next click on Available Inventory. You will see the Pick-up Date for each item shown there.

This Consignment Agreement constitutes the total agreement between both parties and will be governed and construed pursuant to the laws of the state of Minnesota.
